D.O.C.Custoza originates from a blend of white berry grape varieties, in conformity with the 1971 DOC laws.

- Vinification
careful picking of the grapes. Destemming. Short skin steeping. Soft pressing. Deep cleaning of musts. Fermentation at controlled temperature and ageing on their fine lees in stainless steel tanks. All the grapes are vinified separately, according to different lengths of time and temperatures of steeping and fermentation in order to enhance their overall features.

excellent as an aperitif, it is particularly suitable with light starters, pasta and rice, white meat, vegetables and omelette.
