MANUFACTURER'S ADVICE
Pleasant as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light appetizers. Excellent with lake and sea fish, with soft cheeses and vegetables. It goes well with fish tartare and cured meats. Try it in combination with pizza.
VINIFICATION
careful harvesting of the grapes. Destemming and crushing are carried out with short skin maceration in the press in order to obtain the characteristic pink color. Careful cleaning of the musts, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. It rests on the fine lees for at least four months before being bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
It has a slight pink color that is very elegant. Floral notes and hints of berries on the nose in perfect balance. Spices and minerality stand out on the sip, which give character and a certain structure to this soft and fresh rosé on the palate.
